  • When can I start? Is anything mandatory?
    As soon as you fill out the volunteer sign up form! Everything is self paced and optional.
  • Can I join if I'm not from the U.S.?
    Of course! Our volunteers are global and everyone is welcome!
  • What do you mean by virtual art?
    Virtual art may either be digitally created, or it may be a physical piece of artwork that you take a picture of and send through email or Google Classroom.
  • Does photography count as art?
    Yes! As long as you are the one who took the photos.
  • How do I join?
    To join, all you have to do is go to the "Volunteer" tab at the top of this website! From there, we ask that you fill out and submit the volunteer form and join the google classroom to get quicker updates. You may also join by going to the link in our Instagram (@art_helpshearts) bio or by going to the link in our TikTok (arthelpshearts) bio.
  • When are zoom meetings?
    Zoom meetings are held occasionally. When we schedule one we will be sure to post it to Google Classroom and to our social medias.
  • How does it work?
    After you submit a volunteer application, you will need to join the google classroom (the code will be at the end of the form). Our google classroom has all the submission spots and opportunities in which you can submit your artwork and start volunteering!
  • Can I send a letter or note in with my artwork?
    Absolutely! Make sure the note is appropriate and doesn't include anything subjective such as, "I hope you feel better soon," or, "You're in my prayers".
