Submissions will be collected via mail or Google Forms, depending on the event (each event will specify where to submit artwork). Please make sure not to include subjective messages such as, "I hope you feel better soon," or, "You're in my prayers".

Of course! Our volunteers are global and everyone is welcome! Please note that any postal fees are your responsibility if you choose to send any artwork via mail.

Volunteers no longer have to submit a volunteer application! Anyone is welcome to volunteer for however long without formally applying.

We will no longer use Google Classroom to communicate with volunteers and collect submissions. All submissions will be submitted either via mail or via designated Google Form.

No! You can choose to participate as a regular volunteer. Chapters provide university students a chance to develop leadership skills under the supervision of the lead AHH team. You are welcome to participate whether you join a chapter or not. Be sure to send regular volunteer submissions via designated form or via mail to Cassidy DuBois to be properly distributed!

Yes! Volunteer certificates can be requested by emailing arthelpshearts@gmail.com. Certificates typically contain the number of volunteer hours obtained, volunteer's name, supervisor's signature, date, and the name of the organization. If any other information is needed, please let us know in your initial email.

If a letter of recognition or reference is desired, please let us know as we will be happy to provide one in addition to a volunteer certificate!
