Cad, known as computer-aided design, uses computer software to help with the design process. Through this, engineers and architects can use CAD to help design their architecture or building. In fact, some software allows you to design in 2D or 3D. CAD has been used for years and has replaced manual designing. It’s a huge technological advancement.
Cad has many benefits such as
a. Lower cost
b. Easier changes compared to redoing a sketch
c. Higher, clearer quality design
d. 3d or 2d designs

CAD software (but are not limited to):
TinkerCAD: This software can be used for 3D modeling, and has been used for 3D
printing. Through TinkerCAD, it enables users to create complicated models.
AutoCAD: This type of software is used
more for structural engineering, and used
for 2D or 3D drafting. CAD can produce
designs, layouts, or documents.
Revit: This software is used for structural
engineering, and helps construction
companies.
Jobs That Use CAD:
a. Architecture
b. city planner
c. civil engineer
