“Art washes away from the soul the dust of everyday life.” — Pablo Picasso
Ever feeling down? Maybe sad, frustrated, or worried about something? Well, the perfect remedy is closer than you think.

Art links to mental health in many ways. Engaging in art-related hobbies for even five minutes every day can lower your levels of stress and bring a sense of calmness upon you. Whether you’re creating or admiring art in any way, you can expect to be relieved from whatever’s bothering you.
Art therapy is often a process used to reach patients uniquely. Recovering from an illness is a terrible struggle and has the power to affect mental health in so many negative ways. Paintings, drawings, sculptures, and music are just some of the many forms of art that help influence the brain. Art increases serotonin levels and generates new ways of thinking.
So, don’t let that bad grade get you down or that embarrassing incident stop you from making new and happier memories. Seek art and make it your best companion. Its magical means that lets us get through tough times is key in our everyday lives. Don’t drown yourself into a poor mental capacity and instead let art consume you until you can wake up every morning and see the light and colors of every day without a doubt.
